“Wow! I’ve never visited a psychic before – in fact, I’ve never done anything like this! I was quite nervous and very cynical to begin with.
“But then Maurice started talking and he touched on things that’ve happened in the past. He actually told me specific things about when I was bullied at school that no one else could’ve known!
“I’m less sceptical now, but I still think we play a part in our own fate. Mind you, I’ve never thought of acting before cos making music’s always been my life ambition. Maybe he was touching on my vid for Colourblind there cos making it was like playing a part in a film. I enjoyed it but I’m only going to pursue music at the moment – I’ve only just begun my singing career!
“I’m really excited about what Maurice said cos he was very positive! Obviously I’m happy with what he said about me enjoying major success sometime next year. If I can lay down the foundations now then that means I’ll have a solid fan base which grows all the time. It means I have the opportunity to do exactly what I love doing for longer. I hope he’s right!
“Maurice told me I’d be spending time in America which is spooky cos I’ll be out there this summer writing and recording my album!
“He also said I’d have at least three kids, which is cool cos I’m a family man but I don’t think that’ll be for another 10 years or so! The funny thing was, before my little brother was born I would never had thought about having kids. I fell totally in love with him and now I can’t wait to have kids! I’ve never thought of the number I’d have but I reckon in the future, once I’ve had my career and met the right girl, it’s be lovely to have children.
“I’d definitely like to see someone like Maurice again, although I’d always approach it realistically. I wouldn’t follow what he’s saying by the letter cos it’s up to you to make the most of your life.
“Overall though I loved having my fortune told. He was so positive about the future and it’s something that’s put a big smile on my face. It’s made me realise that by putting my dead down and working hard I can achieve my goals. And I think I’ve made the right decisions recently!”
